Privacy policy

BILDR Technologies LLC handles the information you submit through Explore BILDR. For privacy questions, access, corrections, deletion requests or consent withdrawal, email admin@bildr.ae.

Your request. With your consent, we use your name, email and the project or company details you provide to review and respond to your request. Authorised Platform Admin staff can inspect it. Submitting does not create an account or grant access. This consent does not include marketing.

Retention. Our Pilot retention policy is 180 days for submissions and 90 days for anonymous journey events. Removal follows controlled maintenance. You can request earlier deletion or withdraw your consent by email; withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out.

Journey and Hero diagnostics. We record limited Explore steps and persona choices, plus anonymous Hero loading phases, failure codes, broad timing and screen categories, browser engine family, build identity and WebGL availability. Random identifiers link events within one visit. These records contain no form answers, contact details, IP address or raw user agent. They are kept for 90 days. Submission records may include the entry page, referring origin and campaign labels. IP addresses are used transiently to limit abuse; hosting and security services may process technical connection data separately.

Browser storage. We remember your public theme locally. Non-contact project or company answers and a random journey identifier are kept in session storage for continuity. Contact details and consent stay in memory until you send the request and are not saved in the browser draft. No advertising cookies are used by this Explore journey.

Your choice. You can browse without submitting and leave consent unchecked. Please avoid sensitive personal information. Questions about privacy rights or concerns can be sent to the address above.
